Eye Care for the Entire Family

We see children ages 6 months and older. We provide annual vision exams for children and adults, whether they wear glasses or contact lenses. We diagnose and manage a full range of eye conditions, including lazy eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetes eye care. In an emergency, we treat eye infections and remove foreign bodies too!

Dr. Borstad

Managing Director

A Bismarck native, Dr. Borstad earned his B.S. in Biology at the University of North Dakota before pursuing his Optometry degree at the Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr. Borstad's professional interests include Lasik and PRK. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and various outdoor hobbies.

Dr. Erhardt

A native of Riverdale, North Dakota, Dr. Erhardt graduated from Underwood High School prior to attending Dickinson State University. In 2011, he received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern University College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Upon graduation, he practiced at Family Eye Care in Grand Forks before joining Bis-Man Eye Care Associates. In his spare time, Dr. Erhardt enjoys hunting, fishing, and competitive cowboy mounted shooting.

Dr. Neumiller

A native of Cooperstown, North Dakota, Dr. Neumiller completed his undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University before graduating with distinction from the Pacific University College of Optometry in 1996. Walmart honored Dr. Neumiller with the Optometrist Excellence in Patient Care Award in both 2014 and 2015.
