Contact Lens Insertion
- Remove the contact lens from the lens case. Place the lens on the index finger of your dominant hand
- With the middle finger of your other hand, pull the upper lid up, press and hold it against your eyebrow
- With the middle finger of your dominant hand, pull the lower lid down
- Gently place the lens on the eye
- Look down, and slowly release the lower lid
- Look up and slowly release the upper lid

Contact Lens Removal
- With the middle finger of your non-dominant hand, pull the upper lid up and press and hold it against your eyebrow
- With the middle finger of your dominant hand, pull the lower lid down
- With your dominant hand, use the pad of your index finger to touch the lens near the bottom, over the white part of your eye. Slide the lens slightly down
- Then, with your dominant hand, use the pad of your index finger and the pad of your thumb to gently pinch the lens near the bottom, over the white part of your eye. Grasp the lens and remove it
- Clean and store the contact lenses according to the instructions provided with your care system
